Will the name I provide really appear in the book?
Yes! You will receive the fully finished book: we create your personalized story based on the information you provide, with no need for manual entry or additional editing. Any personal message you provide will also be printed in the book. The personalized book is either sent to the print house for printing or prepared digitally.

In which countries is the book available?
Currently, printed books can only be shipped to Hungary, the United Kingdom, and the United States. This is because producing the books involves multiple technical steps, and differences in character encoding by country can cause printing errors. While we gather experience and refine the process, most countries only have access to the digital (PDF) version. If you would like the book to be available in your country, please contact us at info@chooseyourhero.media, and we will prioritize that country.

How can I personalize my book?
By clicking the 'Order Now' button, we will ask for the necessary information via a short questionnaire. We then create the personalized story based on your responses.

How many children can I provide information for in the book?
This varies depending on the book. As the story expands, more characters can be included.

What happens if I make a mistake with a name or a family member's name?
If you notice a mistake in time, please inform us immediately at info@chooseyourhero.media. If the book has not yet been printed, we will send the corrected version according to the original order, and only the price of the corrected book must be paid. If the book is already in print, free corrections are not possible, but you can request a reprint of the corrected book.

How long does shipping take?
This depends on the chosen shipping method, typically between 1–10 days.

Can I send a printed book as a gift to a different address?
Absolutely! We will send the book to the address provided at the end of the order. If you pay in advance, the recipient will not need to pay anything.

How will I receive the digital (PDF) book?
We will send it by email to the address you provide.

In what format is the digital book available?
Currently it is available in PDF format, but we are also working on an EPUB version.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept credit/debit cards and PayPal.

How will I receive confirmation about my order?
We send an email at every step: when the order is received, when it goes to print, and when it is shipped.

What should I do if the payment failed but I submitted the order?
If the payment fails, we cannot process the order. Your previous information is stored in your browser's local storage, so if you try to order again on the same computer and browser, the details will automatically populate and remain editable. Manual clearing of local storage is explained in point 9 of the Privacy Policy.
